Return & Refund Policy

How we will work together in resolving your problem:

Step 1 –Raise a return/ replacement request within five days of delivery if you've received the wrong, defected/damagedor expired product(s).

Please raise a request with clear photos of the packaging and product at the email ID below with the order and contact details -

In case of damaged/ missing product(s), raise a return/ replacement request within two days of delivery.

Step 2 – Give us two working days to review your return request.

Step 3 – After reviewing your return request, we will send our courier partner to pick up the delivered products.

Step 4 – If our reverse pick-up service is unavailable at your location, you will need to self-ship the product via any reliable courier partner.

Step 5 – After receiving your product(s), we will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly.

Under what conditions can I return/ replace my product?

Returns/Refund will be accepted under the following conditions:

Wrong product delivered

Expired product delivered

Damaged product delivered – Physical damage/ tampered product or packaging

Incomplete order – missing product

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

 The product is damaged due to misuse/overuse

Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged

Serial Number is tampered with

Product is used or altered

If the request is initiated after five days of order delivery

Free products provided by the brand

How are returns processed?

Once you request to return a product, a pick-up is organized for the item. Our courier partners will come to pick up the item within 5-7 business days after your return request has been received. This item is then returned to our warehouse, where our quality control team checks it. Once the product passes quality control, a refund/return is initiated. Our quality control team will decide whether the product will be eligible for return/refund based on the points mentioned above. BL Aesthetics Pvt. Ltd. reserves the exclusive right to decline returns if there is any suspicion of fraudulent or abusive activity. Please be advised that returns will only be accepted with prior authorization through email, which should be requested from contact@blaesthetics.in. Only authorized returns will be processed. 

Replacement/Exchange 

In the event that the product received is incorrect or has expired, a replacement/exchange will be initiated promptly. The correct product will be dispatched to you within five business days of receipt of the erroneous/expired product. For tracking purposes, you will receive an email notification containing the docket number. 

Can I cancel my order?

Your order can be cancelled if it is yet to be shipped. To cancel, please mail at contact@blaesthetics.in 

In the case of online payment orders, the order will be cancelled, and we shall process the Refund within ten business days after the cancellation request has been acknowledged. 

Orders, once shipped, cannot be cancelled through email. If you want to cancel an order that has been shipped, please do not accept the order. In the case of online orders, the refund amount shall be processed by us within ten business days once we have returned the product to our warehouse.

**BL Aesthetics Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer, which may include having verbal or written confirmation from the customer.

Note - Orders can be only cancelled till the status is “Ready to Ship”. 

How will I receive the Refund for my cancelled or returned product?

In the case of pre-paid orders, the refund amount shall be processed by us within ten business days once we have received the product back at our warehouse. For Cash on Delivery orders, customers must provide the bank details of where they would like to receive the Refund. 

How long does it take to receive a refund for a cancelled order or returned product? 

For payments made through credit/debit cards or net banking: If you made an online payment, we will refund the amount to the source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc.) within ten working days of receiving the product back. 

For cash-on-delivery transactions- After you have provided your bank details, we will refund the amount to your bank account within ten working days of receiving the product. 

Can I return part of my order?

Yes. You can return any products that are eligible for returns within 2-5 days of delivery, depending on the reason for return.
